DMCA Policy

Last Updated: April 28, 2026

LEXIVANTA LIMITED values and upholds the intellectual property rights of others, and we are dedicated to adhering to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other relevant copyright laws. Our DMCA Policy delineates the steps we take to address notifications of copyright infringement occurring on https://winkme.ai/ (the "Services").

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe in good faith that materials transmitted or created through the Services infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that we remove the material or block access to it. Please provide the following information in writing to our Designated Copyright Agent:

a) An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;

b) Identification and a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;

c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs);

d) Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;

e) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

f) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2. DMCA Notices Response

After receiving a complete and valid infringement notice, we will:

a) Review and confirm that received documents meet the legal DMCA requirements;

b) Take proper preliminary actions within 1-3 business days, including blocking access to the allegedly infringing material;

c) Notify the alleged infringer and provide them with a copy of the notice, demanding an explanation or counter-evidence.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may send us a counter-notice. We will notify the original claimant and hold the process for 10-14 business days. We will then re-enable your content unless the copyright owner informs us that they have initiated legal action against you.

4. Contact Information

All notices and counter-notices regarding copyright claims should be sent to our Designated Agent at: support@winkmeai.com

5. Termination of Repeat Infringers

LEXIVANTA LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use of the Services by anyone engaged in suspected infringement. In accordance with our internal policies and the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be "repeat infringers" (those who have been notified of infringing activity more than twice).
